Description

Cold brew martinis offer a refreshingly smooth twist on the classic espresso martini, perfect for coffee lovers looking for a chilled and mellow cocktail. They're a perfect blend of rich coffee flavor, liqueur, and vodka without the need for fresh espresso.

Ingredients

Units Scale
  • ice
  • 3 ounces cold brew coffee
  • 3 ounces vodka
  • 2 ounces coffee or espresso liqueur
  • 6 coffee beans

Instructions

  1. Fill a cocktail shaker 3/4 of the way with ice.
  2. Pour in the cold brew, vodka, and coffee or espresso martini.
  3. Pop on the top of the shaker and shake well for about 15 seconds.
  4. Strain the cocktail into glasses, top with the coffee beans, and serve.

Notes

You need to shake this cocktail extra well in order to get that nice foamy quality. If you don't immediately see that as you strain the cocktail into your glass, pour it back into your shaker with fresh ice and try again.

For a sweeter cocktail, add 1/2 ounce of simple syrup.

Try adding different extracts, infused simple syrups, or fragrant aromatics for flavored cold brew martinis.
