- 1 cup blackcurrants
- 1 1/3 cups milk
- 1 1/2 tablespoons honey
- 1/4 cup rolled oats
- 1 large banana
- about 10 mint leaves
- ice, as needed
Instructions
- Rinse the blackcurrants and remove the stems.
- Add all ingredients to a blender along with a handful of ice.
- Blend the smoothie. If too thick, add additional milk as needed. Taste and adjust to your liking by adding more honey
