Try this single-serving Baileys eggnog recipe for an incredibly quick and easy holiday cocktail made with just four ingredients.

- 1 1/2 ounces Irish cream, such as Baileys
- 1/2 ounce fresh cream or half and half
- 1/2 ounce maple syrup (optional for a little sweetness)
- 1 large egg
- freshly grated nutmeg
- 1 cinnamon stick, for garnish
Instructions
- Pour the Irish cream, fresh cream or half and half, maple syrup (if using), and egg into a cocktail shaker.
- Shake for 15 seconds, then add ice to fill the shaker up halfway and shake for another 15 seconds.
- Strain into a chilled martini glass. Garnish with grated nutmeg and a cinnamon stick.
Notes
If you tend to like the flavor of store bought eggnog, which tends to be sweet, don't skip the maple syrup.
